Who: Members who have paid their 2019 NIABA dues.

When: Monday - Wednesday, September 23-25, 2019

Where: NH Hotel Giustiniano The hotel is located at No 1 Via Virgilio, Rome.
Lectures: Lectures will be held at 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. each day. Lecturers will provide an advance outline to participants to qualify for CLE credits.

CLE: 12 CLE credits are anticipated for attorneys admitted in California. CLE credits for other states may also be available.

Social: Meet and greet events will be held at the hotel following each afternoon session.

Hotel: Participants are encouraged to stay at the event hotel
for convenience in attending lectures and other functions.

Rome CLE 2019 Committee is pleased to announce that Members and Guests are invited to roof- top dinner on Monday, September 23, 2019 at 7:00 pm at Heres Restaurant at top of Albergo Valadier, 15 Via della Fontanella with view of Piazza Del Popolo. This dinner event will be hosted by President, Francis Donnarumma and Rome CLE 2019 Committee and has been arranged attentively by Antonello Pierro Esq.. a Member of NIABA in Rome.

The meal and beverage plan l consists of:

9:30 - 10:30 am -(please arrive by 9:15 am for tour, meet in lobby) De Marsica Library (Founded in 1896. The library was Queen Giovanna's palace and later became the criminal court where the most interesting death row sentences have been delivered) with President of the local Bar Tarfuri, Esq., Vice President Gabriele Esposito, Esq., Director of Libreria De Marsico Roberto Fiore, Esq., Major of Ercolano Ciro Buonajuto, Esq., local bar officials and local attorneys.

11:00 - 1:00pm -  Visit to Naples Court ( Nuovo Palazzo di Giustizia Piazza Enrico Cenni 80143 Napoli)  Greetings from the Chief Counsel and Vice President and library president as well as Major.  You will need your passport to enter the court.

2:00 pm - Lunch at Leon D'Oro Piazza Dante. 

Free time to visit nearby museums / historical sites. 

8:00 pm - Dinner at Circolo Dei Canottieri with dignitaries.  Arranged menu and $60 Euros per person, pay at the event. 

Day 3: September 27 - Departure from Naples to Sorrento. Greetings and meetings with local authorities, local lawyers and Chief Justice and staff are planned.  Please continue to check back for updated information on Sorrento.  Chairman Paul Finizio has arranged for a special rate and requests you communicate with him direct if you are planning on attending as space is limited.  

Please be mindful that:

1) Members can use a transportation service. The cost for a bus that fits 30 people is 600 Euros for transportation during the 2 days visit and for the transportation to Sorrento.  Price adjusted according to the number of riders.

2) Hotels are available as of right now but we will need to book as soon as possible as it is high season in Italy and they cannot guarantee availability.
